What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 10 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably, there is one spare fold down bed for one further person plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main golf courses?

The villa is only 2 miles (5 minutes) from the main golf courses in Marbella, in addition there are many others in the surrounding areas.

Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?

Unlike some villas which back on to walls or other properties, the villa has idealistic unrestricted views the Mediterranean Sea.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

Are there any Restaurants nearby?

There are local restaurants only 5 minutes walk away and many others down in Marbella 5 minutes drive.

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Do we pay extra for any of the equipment in the villa?

Absolutely not! We offer a state-of-the-art computer with 24 hour free internet access, a deluxe gas barbeque and a range of baby equipment (such as high chair/cot and baby monitors) ... all of which are included in the price of the villa.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

What if your villa is not available or I require additional accommodation?

We have access to similar quality housing within the Marbella area and will happily direct you to the owners.
